A Southern California native, I've lived and worked across Los Angeles, from Del Rey to View Park to Ladera Heights, and I know firsthand the city's architectural character, cultural layers, and dynamic market shifts. My approach to real estate blends local insight with long-term strategy, guiding clients through both residential and investment opportunities with clarity and confidence.

Real estate runs deep in my family. My husband's family business, Marotta Properties, has been part of the Monterey community for generations, known for property management and mixed-use investments. Together, we purchased our first home and investment property in Inglewood at just 28, and that experience ignited my passion for helping others build wealth and stability through real estate.

My own path has reinforced that passion. I spent ten years in Del Rey, watching the market, building toward something, wondering if the timing would ever feel right. In 2017 I bought my first home, and last year my family made a move-up purchase to Ladera Heights, where we now live. That arc, from community member to first-time buyer to the neighborhood I always wanted to be in, is the experience I carry into every conversation I have with buyers and sellers.

Before real estate, I spent over a decade teaching Pilates in Pacific Palisades, working with celebrities, athletes, and industry leaders. That chapter taught me the same values that drive my business today: trust, discretion, consistency, and genuine connection.

In 2022, I joined an esteemed team at Compass, where I assisted more than a dozen transactions in my first year, from first-time buyers to luxury listings. In 2024, I made the move to Pardee Properties, the #1 team on the Westside, #2 team in Los Angeles and California, and #4 team in the United States. Since joining, my business has accelerated with a growing roster of successful transactions across Los Angeles and a reputation for delivering results in one of the country's most competitive markets. I've guided clients through first-time purchases, multi-family investments, probate and luxury sales throughout Mar Vista, Hancock Park, Beverlywood, View Park, Ladera Heights, and Baldwin Hills.
